Job Description

JOB SUMMARY


Reporting to the General Manager, you will work closely with the Regional Director of Sales and operation departments of the hotel. You will be ultimately responsible for implementing and seeing through sales strategies ensuring the negotiated segments meet their financial goals.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

  • Demonstrates strong negotiation skills in working out contractual agreements with potential clients quote and negotiate prices within established parameters

  • Takes a proactive approach to business development through account management, lost business accounts, prospecting within target market segments and referrals

  • Displays effective time management skills by promptly replying to incoming inquiries, sending proposals, contracts and other sales correspondence as needed by clients

  • Research markets in order to identify potential opportunities of business and increase market share
