Job Description

As a Deli Clerk at Ucluelet Co-op, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized service to our valued members. We prioritize establishing strong relationships with our members and fostering an environment that encourages their continued patronage. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve hot and cold deli items, including slicing meats, assembling platters, and following standardized recipes.
  • Operate deli equipment such as ovens and fryers while maintaining food quality and safety standards (including FIFO procedures).
  • Receive, inspect, store, and merchandise products; manage pricing, dating, and inventory control, including third-party vendor deliveries.
