Job Description

Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.

What you will be doing

  • Drive and continuously improve the HDMA program governance framework in collaboration with the Strategic Program Lead

  • Own and manage the integrated program delivery plan, ensuring milestones and objectives are achieved across all locations

  • Monitor program financials, including budget tracking, variance analysis, and proactive cost optimization opportunities

  • Ensure alignment and dependency management between the central HDMA program and Business Area implementation initiatives

  • Plan and manage resource requirements across internal teams and external partners to support successful delivery
