Role: Serves as a key liaison between customers and internal operations by supporting inquiries related to order lead times, configuration changes, and delivery expectations. Ensures material availability aligns with production schedules and inventory targets to maintain operational continuity. Manages the intake and validation of new orders and order modifications, ensuring accurate processing within the order management system and alignment with production capabilities.

What you’ll do

• Monitors inventory levels against target thresholds to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess.
• Supports short-term and tactical planning efforts to balance supply and demand across production lines.
• Utilizes forecasting tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) to analyze demand trends, seasonal variations, and capacity constraints.
