Perform various management activities within the department. Define objectives and clearly communicate expectations to the team while providing feedback for continuous improvement and coaching them to achieve results. Ensure management of purchases, inventories, price lists, marketing, salary productivity according to established standards to ensure business readiness. Apply and respect the budgets related to the department. Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of retail experience. High school diploma or college degree. Management experience.
