Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise patrol operations, criminal investigations, and criminal intelligence activities.
• Respond strategically to crime trends, community needs, and broader public safety issues.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the NPS strategic plan within the area of responsibility.
• Compile statistics and prepare administrative reports.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with the population, KRG authorities, local elected officials, and representatives of local and government organizations.
• Communicate decisions and directives to personnel and ensure compliance.
