Overview

Design Release Engineer based in Toluca, México (E-Systems Division).

Responsibilities

• Liaison with the Customer at Design level
• Interact directly with Product Engineers in Lear Plants
• Design information review and processing
• Ensure 2D print accuracy according with the design intent
• Mechanical and Logical data handling
• Change Request revision and tracking with Customer and Lear Plant
• Provide feasibility feedback for new changes
• Release information to the plant for new data
• Support cost reduction activities
• Support build events in Customer Assembly Plant
• Follow up Customer and Lear weekly meetings by Program

Qualifications

• Education: Engineering Degree
• 5 or more years’ experience in the automotive industry
• English Proficient
• Customer specifications and systems (Nissan), design software tools by OEM, ...
