As the Developer Director, you will play a pivotal role in problem anticipation, task definition, technical support, and decision‑making, allowing our developers to focus on their designated tasks and ensuring the overall success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Scoping and Timeline Assessment (includes Assisting team members with Hourly Estimates)
• Technical Support for Web-Related Client Queries
• Functionality and General QA + Signoff on Launch
• Design Evaluation (to ensure development feasibility / within budget etc)
• Integration Conversations and Decision-Making

Technical Skills

• Shopify/Wordpress Themes and plugins customization and development from scratch: Advanced level
• Top aesthetics and animation in Frontend (including CSS): Advanced level
• Git + Github: Advanced level
