About the Role

As a Development Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and standardizing manufacturing processes to support operational excellence across NOV's manufacturing operations. Working closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and R&D teams, you will identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce costs, enhance product quality, and support the implementation of new manufacturing technologies.

This role combines hands-on production support with strategic process development and continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will collaborate with global teams and act as a technical resource to support manufacturing performance, process stability, and operational efficiency.
