What Your Day to Day Will Look Like

Leads a team of skilled assemblers, operators and test technicians

Identify and mentor potential C.I’s, advance program objectives and meet agreed customer goals and milestones, allocation of manpower according to engine priorities and other dept priorities and update daily engine status

Mentor and coach’s new assemblers and operators, coordinates resolution of technical issues during build or test and shift change handover meetings

Ensure all paperwork is completed as per quality standards, advances FOD culture and initiatives in assembly, rigs, lab and test cells, completes 6S inspections, support and advance ACE initiatives and occasional communication of information in contact meetings

Coordinates movement of hardware internally and externally

Completes EHS inspections

Coordinates departmental training requirements with Supervisor
