Rockwater is seeking a
Development Manager
to work directly with ownership in supporting large scale residential and resort developments across Baja California Sur. You will take ownership of projects from the earliest stages of development, coordinating permits, entitlements and due diligence, and steering each opportunity from acquisition through design, planning and into delivery. Working closely with partners, clients and capital providers, you will lead multidisciplinary teams across project management, investment, marketing and cost management, and will be responsible for producing investment grade materials, including feasibility studies, budgets, programmes and reporting, and for coordinating directly with investors.
