Position Summary The Developmental Director leads Gymkhana’s Developmental Program for children ages 3 to 6 by creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where young children develop confidence, coordination, body awareness, and a love for gymnastics.

This position oversees the daily operations of the Developmental Program while ensuring consistent instruction, age appropriate curriculum, and exceptional coaching across all classes.

Working closely with the Location Manager and other Program Directors, the Developmental Director is responsible for mentoring instructors, supporting child development, partnering with families, and maintaining a positive, fun, and structured learning environment that prepares children for future success within Gymkhana and beyond.
