1. Design, development, and testing of software systems and components in an Agile (Scrum, Kanban) environment
2. Be involved in the development of many core primitives as well as high-level features to build out the platform
3. Frequently give and accept feedback on your work to and from the team
4. Own solutions from end to end, managing complexity and engaging directly with stakeholders
5. Build features and applications with desktop and mobile responsive design
6. Embracing and continuously improving best practices shared by the whole R&D team
7. Debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack
8. Write technical documentation
