Position Summary 

The Guest Experience Supervisor will be responsible for supervising all daily operations and team members in the Guest Experience department. He or she will be responsible for the retail inventories for each of the Recreation outlets and will provide guest service and assistance to the guests and team members who use the Recreation facilities. He or she is also responsible for ensuring that each team member is familiar with all of the daily operations and is trained in guest service continually. The Guest Experience Supervisor is also responsible for scheduling, payroll and holding the team accountable for each guest encounter/interaction.
