PeaceHealth is seeking a **Dietitian II - Nutrition Services for a Per Diem/Relief, Day position.**
The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $36.46 – $54.68.
The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.
**Job Summary**
This position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of nutrition care, consulting with other healthcare professionals as needed.

+ Competent use of the Nutrition Care Process including: nutrition assessment, identification of nutritional diagnosis, implementation of appropriate nutrition intervention, and formulation of patient specific goals, monitoring, evaluation and follow up of outcomes.
