Southbridge, the owner and operator of several long‑term care homes and retirement communities in Eastern and Southwestern Ontario, is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our dynamic food and nutrition department. The role focuses on ensuring residents receive nutritious and delicious meals prepared and served with care.

Responsibilities

• Consult with and advise the Food Service Manager and Director of Care on nutrition and hydration program needs.
• Conduct nutritional assessments using RAI MDS 2.0 as required and determine individualized resident diets and interventions in collaboration with residents, families, and the care team.
