About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, client-focused, and highly organized Account Manager to join our Managed Service team. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their UGC and influencer marketing campaigns run smoothly from onboarding to final delivery. This role blends client relationship management, project coordination, and digital marketing execution, working closely with our Influencer Marketing Managers, Creative Strategists, Motion Designers, and Paid Media Specialists. Full‑time, fully remote, available from 9am to 6pm EST.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in account management, client success, or project management, ideally in an agency, influencer marketing, or digital marketing role.
• Strong digital marketing expertise, including influencer marketing, UGC, and paid social.
