Overview

The Digital Health Solutions Executive (DHSE) based in Santiago, Chile will oversee the South American DXCAM region (Chile, Paraguay, Uruguay, Bolivia) and parts of Central America and the Caribbean. The role supports Abbott Core Lab division by implementing digital health solutions that improve clinical outcomes and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new business within assigned territory, focusing on markets with no existing Abbott Core Lab diagnostics or Digital Health Solutions footprint.
• Generate sales through consultative strategic selling to gain deep understanding of customer unmet needs.
• Manage direct and distributor sales channels, setting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas and budgets.
• Lead and negotiate complex contracts and develop strategic account plans.
