We are looking for a data‑driven professional who owns the numbers to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will own the execution, optimization, and end‑to‑end reporting of multi‑channel paid campaigns to drive measurable lead generation. Your focus will be to maximize campaign ROI by monitoring daily cost‑per‑lead metrics to ensure optimal budget allocation. You will run landing‑page testing on headlines, calls to action, form lengths, and page structures to consistently improve conversion rates.

You will also build and maintain live HubSpot performance dashboards for executive leadership. Your responsibilities include managing external search engine marketing and search engine optimization (SEO) vendors to ensure weekly targets are met, and leading the paid social in‑housing strategy by taking full ownership of campaign deployment and audience targeting.
