The Digital is a fast-growing field of play within EY GDS that is currently looking for experts who have deep expertise and broad experience to build a bridge between business and technology with knowledge and Client’s interest.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager to lead the development and growth of Digital Competencies within our Consulting Poland Organization. This individual will play a key role in shaping our digital service offerings, driving certifications, enabling technical excellence, and ensuring alignment with both business and client needs. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of specialists, fostering their growth, engagement, and performance. The role requires close collaboration with leadership teams, practice heads, and delivery teams across IT and business project services.
