Onsite Role in Toronto, ON

The Director Account Management, Occupier Services leads select strategic client accounts nationally, regionally, and globally as part of the Account Management team for Enterprise Clients in Canada. The role involves providing proactive advice to clients, actively managing transactions (Acquisitions, Dispositions, Sales, Subleases, Sale-leasebacks, etc.), delivering exceptional service and market intelligence, and managing and forecasting the fee revenue pipeline. The Director also supports the Executive Managing Director in evolving client service objectives and participates in the ongoing improvement of the Account & Transaction Management service line.
