What You’ll Be Doing

As the Director, Cash Management, you champion CIBC’s vision of being The Leader in Client Relationships, supporting achievement of goals by staying abreast of changes in client industries, businesses, and objectives related to treasury/cash management. This senior sales leadership role involves team leadership, client acquisition, and revenue growth, overseeing product solution origination, structuring and negotiation, and ensuring client understanding of product features, terms, and compliance. You provide subject‑matter expertise to meet clients’ banking needs and design, install, and deliver cash‑management solutions that meet high standards.
