Job Description
Expected Salary Range: $132,403 - $165,504 annually. Target Variable Performance Pay: 25%.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner to the President & CEO, shaping priorities, anticipating needs, and driving alignment across the executive leadership team.
Translate enterprise strategy and CEO priorities into executable plans, tracking progress, enforcing accountability, and ensuring disciplined follow‑through on critical commitments.
Lead and orchestrate high‑impact, cross‑functional initiatives and special projects on behalf of the CEO, bringing structure and clarity to complex issues.
Enable executive and board‑level decision‑making through insightful analysis, integrated reporting and clear executive briefings.
Anticipate enterprise‑level risks, dependencies, and emerging issues, identify risks, barriers and emerging issues requiring executive attention and facilitate timely resolution.
