In this role you will:
  • Leads and drives a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank/Global relationships, systems and knowledge.

  • Provides senior leadership across the four areas of focus: Global Collections Programs and Initiatives inceptions and execution; ongoing sustainment and performance management of Collections Solutions and platforms; Solution vendors oversight and relationship management, and Delivery and ongoing management of MIS solution and analytics

  • Manages a complex portfolio of technology-related strategic initiatives with numerous interdependences, often involving multiple internal and external constituents and matrix partners across all geographies.

  • Oversee the tracking of system performance and determine the business financial impact communicating results to a steering committee level monthly
