Job Description

We’re hiring a strategic, people-focused leader to join CSL Seqirus as Director, Customer Service & Supply Chain (ANZ), based in Melbourne.

In this critical role, you’ll lead end-to-end supply chain and customer service operations, ensuring patients receive essential therapies safely, reliably and on time. You’ll shape strategy, drive performance, and partner across the business to deliver strong commercial outcomes in a complex, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain and customer service strategy and execution across ANZ
  • Oversee Sales & Operations Planning, demand and inventory planning, logistics, and distribution
