This role oversees maintenance and repairs of retail properties, ensuring alignment with maintenance standards, managing operating capital and capital replacement strategies and operating spend, while aligning to corporate sustainability goals. This role develops detailed capital and expense budgets and execution plans for various maintenance areas, including annual planning and monthly reporting.
