Director, FP&A

The Director, FP&A serves as the primary financial partner to the Vice‑President, Corporate Finance, providing strategic and operational support that directly drives business value. In this role, you sit at the center of the company’s financial operations, supporting the Vice‑President across management reporting (Board and Executive materials, budgets, forecasts), partnering with the CAO organization on close and external reporting, and overseeing consolidated management reporting for the enterprise. Success requires deep analytical capability, strong business and finance acumen, and the ability to work autonomously while synthesizing insights from multiple data sources to guide decisions and trade‑offs. The role demands exceptional communication skills, the capacity to manage competing high‑priority requests, and the ability to design and adapt models that incorporate scenario planning and leading metrics.
