What is the opportunity?The Director, Insurance Performance Management is a key member of the Insurance Finance team, responsible for financial planning and analysis, forecasting, and providing support to the Insurance executive team. The incumbent will manage a team providing value added, timely and accurate reporting, forecasting & key metric information in support of strategic decision making.What will you do?Manage the hub of financial performance information for the Insurance business. Responsible for the development of insightful analysis and actionable information working with business leaders, including the COO, Chief Digital & Data Officer and CFO of Insurance, and other senior staff.
Provide insightful and actionable financial and business analytics of Insurance results, developing complex presentations to support executive decision-making.
