The Director of Justice and Peace is responsible for providing vision and strategic leadership to World Renew’s Justice and Peace Program, its staff, projects, partnerships, resource development, and external engagement.

This role will uphold World Renew’s core values and principles, ensuring the effective delivery of Justice and Peace programming that is rooted in biblical teachings throughout our Global Program. The position will strengthen our capacity in Justice and Peace initiatives by collaborating with World Renew staff, program teams, and partners to develop and implement strategies for Christian faith-based, transformational, and community-driven projects. These activities will be closely aligned with our global strategy, maintain high standards of quality, and yield measurable impact and value for the resources invested.
