Director of Accounting (For the Bookkeeping/CFO Firm) Location:
Langley , BC (200 St / 56 Ave) Hybrid
Reporting to:
Head of Growth (Aman)

is a fast-growing accounting firm based in Langley, BC. We specialize in outsourced bookkeeping, fractional Controller/CFO, payroll, and tax services to small and mid-sized businesses across Canada and the USA.
The Director of Accounting will scale and lead the client-facing financial operations team to 3x capacity, while owning customer experience, team performance, and tech process improvements. This role will evolve into the COO position after successfully achieving the 3x scaling goal by December 31, 2026 (with a maximum 6-month leverage).
Tasks & Functional Responsibilities:
Oversee the client-facing team: Practice Leads (PL.ca ), Practice Managers (PMs), Fractional CFO/Controller (fCFO), and Payroll Manager.
