What will you own
Go-to-market strategy across B2B and B2C
Product positioning, packaging (pricing, licensing, commercial models)
Pipeline creation and qualification (B2B and B2C channels)
Conversion of opportunities into revenue (contracts, partnerships, launches)
Development of strategic partnerships (ATOs, flight schools, airline training organisations)
Commercial performance (revenue targets, growth trajectory)
CRM quality, pipeline visibility, and forecast accuracy (maintained in JIRA currently)
Commercial budget ownership and allocation
Development of the commercial team

You are a commercially driven leader who combines strategic thinking with execution focus with minimum 5 years of seniority in Business Development/Go-to-Market positions.
