Job Description
TerraPay is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Business Development to lead our commercial growth strategy in Brazil. This role will be pivotal in originating and scaling high-value partnerships across the payments ecosystem, positioning TerraPay as the partner of choice for cross-border payments and wallet interoperability.

- Originate, negotiate, and close new commercial acquiring partnerships with banks, PSPs, eCommerce platforms, system integrators and other industry players
- Build and execute a structured pipeline of high-value opportunities, with measurable impact on Partnerships
- Lead end-to-end deal cycles at a senior level: identifying prospects, aligning strategy, structuring commercial agreements, and driving execution
