Director of Development

Position Details

Part-time/full time, in-office/remote, flexible hours.

Location: Main office in Welland, ON, with satellite offices in Burlington and Flamborough.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with individual donors, local businesses and supporting churches.
• Enrich and administer a vibrant donor relations strategy.
• Oversee and assist the planning and execution of all Insight fundraising events.
• Manage budgets and expenditures for all ministry and fundraising events.
• Manage fundraising volunteers and coordinate volunteer tasks.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator to generate monthly and annual updates for stakeholders and create promotional materials.
