About the Role

As Director of Finance, you will serve as the analytical and operational backbone of a senior finance advisory pod supporting multiple CPG, DTC, retail, and consumer brands. You will own financial modeling, forecasting, reporting, KPI infrastructure, and executive‑ready analysis so senior finance leaders can focus on strategic planning, capital allocation, and founder advisory. This is a highly visible role where you will work closely with CFO‑level leaders, client executives, and cross‑functional teams across marketing, supply chain, operations, and leadership. The right person will bring the technical depth of investment banking or advanced FP&A combined with the judgment and communication skills to guide real business decisions.
