Senior MSAT Director | Portugal | Relocation package available

Spanance is seeking an experienced MSAT leader to help build and scale a next-generation sterile manufacturing facility in Portugal.

We're looking for someone with:

• 10+ years' experience in MSAT, process development, technical operations, or sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing

• Deep expertise in aseptic processing, technology transfer, process validation, and GMP manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of Annex 1, contamination control strategies, and sterile fill-finish operations

• Experience leading complex technical projects within pharma or CDMO environments

• A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with experience in greenfield projects, site start-ups, or facility expansions
