Director of Operations

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced leader to join the Town of High Level as Director of Operations. Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), the Director of Operations provides strategic leadership and oversight into the Town’s operational services and municipal infrastructure systems.

The Director is responsible for the effective planning, coordination, and delivery of services related to public works operations, municipal facilities maintenance, and water treatment and related utilities operations, providing leadership through the Public Works Foreman, Facilities Maintenance and Water Treatment staff.
