Position:

Director of Partnerships and Studio Development

The Director of Partnerships and Studio Development is responsible for leading the company's marketing initiatives, industry partnerships, client development, workshop programming, and community engagement. This role acts as a key liaison between the studio, industry professionals, agents, casting directors, and actors while supporting the continued growth and visibility of Canada's leading on-camera acting studio. The selected candidate must have familiarity with the film and television industry, either as an actor or in casting, production, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Communications

• Create and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Develop promotional content including graphics, videos, testimonials, e‑blasts, and written copy.
