The Director of Production will oversee all facets of planning, manufacturing, inventory, and packaging operations at Cannabis Co-Pack’s Branford facility. This role is accountable for ensuring production efficiency, product quality, and compliance with regulatory standards, while driving continuous improvement across our facilities.

The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented problem solver with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to inspire and manage teams. While an engineering background is an asset, it is not required; what matters most is a track record of successfully leading production in a GMP‑regulated environment.
