WHAT YOULL BE DOING Supervise a team of high-performing Territory Managers in Western Canada for this growing dental implant manufacturer. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Hire, train and evaluate sales team members. Coordinate all sales activities, including quarterly business reviews and reporting.

Prepare monthly sales forecast. Develop business relationships with key personnel in all internal support departments. Responsible for managing open territories when coverage is needed.

Requirements WHAT YOU OFFER EDUCATION & TRAINING Four-year degree in Business, Science or Engineering is preferred. Candidates with extensive work experience in a similar role with less formal/traditional education may be considered. WORK EXPERIENCE 4+ years of external sales management experience is required.
