Job Description
Drive enterprise-wide talent strategies as the Director of Workforce and Organization Design at OpenText. This senior role combines HR leadership with innovative workforce planning expertise.
As the Senior Director, you will be responsible for leading the Workforce & Talent Planning Center of Excellence within OpenText's Human Resources. In partnership with key stakeholders, you'll integrate strategic metrics into decision-making on job roles and workforce deployments. Your vision will guide the business in redesigning processes and roles for future efficiency and effectiveness.
