Overview
The Operational Risk Governance team is undertaking multiple complex enterprise‑wide initiatives as part of RBC's ongoing plan to improve risk management controls and governance framework across the organization. In this role you will be responsible for strategically planning and managing successful implementation of risk mitigation strategies and compliance oversight.
Responsibilities
- Risk Assessment & Monitoring: Designing and implementing frameworks to identify, assess, and monitor operational risks across business units
- Control Framework Development: Establishing and maintaining robust internal controls aligned with regulatory requirements and RBC's risk appetite
- Governance Execution: Leading cross‑functional teams to ensure adherence to operational risk policies and procedures
