Job Description
Our employees are key ingredients to our success, and you will be responsible for HR leadership and strategic people support across our Canadian Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Distribution network — overseeing
5 Plants, 2 Distribution Centers (DCs), and MSC (Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Commerce) functions
in Canada. You will act as the senior HR point of contact for the Canadian MSC organization, driving implementation of global strategies and initiatives across all sites. You will be responsible for influencing business strategy on engagement, culture, talent, and people-related issues at scale.
How you will contribute
Partner and build relationships with key stakeholders across 5 Plants, 2 DCs, and MSC functions, understanding the commercial and supply chain impact of people decisions in order to fulfil business objectives — providing an outside‑in lens (site roadmaps, people plans , factory of the future)
