**Role Overview:**
Lead the EMEA Indirect Tax function as part of TCCC's Global Indirect Tax Center of Excellence (ITX COE). Reporting to the Global Indirect Tax Senior Director, drive strategic direction, process excellence, risk management, technology adoption, and cross-regional alignment for indirect tax compliance and advisory.

**Scope & Responsibilities:**

+ Set and execute the regional indirect reporting tax strategy in partnership with global R2R, aligning with corporate and regional business goals.
+ Lead and develop a high-performing team (Senior Managers and Consultants), ensuring resources, training, and support are in place for effective delivery.
