Is this role right for you?

In this role you will:
  • Lead VCO strategy planning, performance tracking, and resource prioritization across Global Finance verticals: employee planning and developing a performance framework.

  • Support planning and analysis and develop recommendations for strategic initiatives, reinforcing alignment across broader BNS enterprise and/or regional functions.

  • Design and articulate modernization efforts to Global Finance’s operating model(s), with cross-vertical strategic design and coordination.

  • Align senior committee agendas to strategic outcomes and ensure trade-off clarity for executives and Board-level forms, leading Board and OPCO-level updates and communications.

  • Maintain the governance and policy framework for Global Finance in line with Bank best practices.
