/AccountabilitiesThe Director – Thought Leadership supports the Market Management team in achieving a key objective: to enhance the Transaction Banking both internally and externally. You will be responsible for:
Building and executing a multi-channel thought leadership program that strengthens the Transaction Banking franchise, supports client engagement, and positions the bank as a leading voice on payments and treasury modernization.
Owning the market and competitive intelligence capability, monitoring competitor moves, synthesizing market signals, and translating insights into differentiated points of view, go-to-market narratives, and executive decision support.
