Position Overview

This is a full‑time, permanent position reporting to the President. The Director of Trico Construction Management is responsible for implementing the strategic direction for Trico Construction Management and overseeing the day‑to‑day project management, construction, and financial goals of multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement the strategy for Trico Construction Management in collaboration with the President and develop multiyear plans to achieve goals.
• Work closely with the Vice President of Finance to develop annual revenue and expense budgets and review financial results and projections to mitigate challenges and manage expenses.
• Provide leadership and expertise to direct teams for the delivery of all project work.
• Contribute to general business development efforts by representing Trico Homes in accordance with the company values.
