Position Summary:    The Dispatch Supervisor leads daily dispatch operations to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate execution of all active projects. This role oversees dispatchers, manages project pacing and inventory coordination, maintains communication with carriers and customers, and ensures all reporting and planning functions are completed on time. The Dispatch Supervisor serves as the operational link between Dispatch, Management, Carriers, and Customers while supporting team development through coaching and performance oversight.
