Company Description
To manage and support the Wholesales Business Unit of our distributor partner in RM from managers through Sales Reps and lead them to develop the channel through business tracking, action planning, training and motivation. At a national level, the main objective is to set a strategic direction that will deliver the largest opportunity for sustained growth within the wholesaler channel and manage the sales and distribution business in an effective way to deliver this strategy. Has to continuously drive for maximum outlet coverage in the Off Premise channels in order to maximize sales and volume whilst establishing strong relationships with Wholesalers and our Distribution Partner Wholesaler Business Unit. This strategy needs to be profitable, efficient and ensure a continuous development of our brand in the Off Premise channels.
