This role establishes and maintains performance and productivity metrics, cost management processes and the P&L. The Landfill Operations Manager reports directly to this role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manages the District’s day-to-day operations and provides daily support to Operations Managers in ensuring safety, service, and savings.

Executes necessary precautions to ensure safety and compliance with Company, OSHA, and other standards and regulations.

Ensures thorough root cause investigations for all injuries and incidents, following up with consistent coaching and retraining.
