Job Description
Responsibilities:
Define and drive the divisional overall SHEQ & sustainability strategy alongside divisional KPI owners and in alignment with business strategy and Epiroc SHEQ strategy.
Drive the roadmap with divisional key initiatives needed to reach targets.
Coordinate the SHEQ KPI’s in the division target setting process.
Follow up on the overall divisional SHEQ and Sustainability reporting, analyze performance and initiate needed improvements.
Maintain a strong global network with Business Line and local SHEQ managers and ensure best practices and learnings sharing across entities. Secure a strong and highly efficient division Management System in compliance with ISO standards, including certification, internal audits and applications. Represent the division in Epiroc SHEQ council,support common activities & programs
